Yikes, don't let these people under the hood of your car. Buy tires or get an oil change ONLY. Some inexperienced kid ruined the tranny of my Pontiac, they tried to get me out of there by signing something saying the knocking was already there.
I complained to the BBB, but those complaints only stay there for 1-2 years.
Used to bring my Dodge there, they replaced everything under the hood before they diagnosed the real problem, a blown head gasket. Wish they had been upfront with me to begin with. Later, after they charged me over $130 to replace a battery I stopped going there and have found more honest auto mechanics. I am a single female and the unfortunate reality is I have been taken advantage of many times. I have learned to do a lot of maintenance myself.
I brought my Ford Windstar to Ford of Londonderry to find out why the check engine light was on and have it fixed. They charged me over a hundred dollars to tell me what needed to be done and that it probably would wreck the engine.
I drove it out of there to a privately owned shop in Methuen and they diagnosed and fixed the problem for $60.00. It was an oxygen sensor that needed tightening. Needless to say I won't be going back to Ford for ANYTHING service related unless it's for a recall.
Dr. McDonah works only with patients who are admitted to St. Josephs hospital unfortunately. He is the BEST pain care doctor we have had the good fortune to know. He took time to interview, get to know the patient and also verified the source of pain which other doctors in NH haven't. His concern and helpfulness is superlative. He is kind, caring, empathetic. The definition of a good doctor.
Dr. Sanchez is a close-minded old man. He will NOT listen to feedback from the patient. His nurse assistant is just as hardnosed--shaking her head and sniffing. Both of them are arrogant, condescending and rude. I was there for a followup visit for pain (and in pain) and he was stonefaced and uncaring. Find a pain doctor who will listen to and work with the patient to find the right treatment. Stay away from this doc.
