I would give it no star if it were an option. Two weeks ago I returned a broken Iphone holder. It took some talking but they (gave) me another. The new one broke in the same place. No we are sorry or can we reimburse you! Nothing. They simply don't stand by what they sell. To see my phone bouncing across the road is not what I think should happen. Just a simple apology would suffice. I'll never return there. Tam Bikes is awesome and I will go there from now on...

Seems to have been quite a misunderstanding, so I apologize. We offered a refund or exchange on your first broken mount, in line with our policy of standing behind what we sell. When you brought in the second broken mount, Mark, our Store Manager, was looking up your receipt to take care of you again as you were removing the mount from your bike, but then you walked out with your bike before we were able to complete anything. We were totally prepared to offer another refund or exchange, but we didn't get the chance. I'm sorry that Mark wasn't more clear about what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company. Brian Bishop was punctual and knowledgeable. Had my issue resolved in minutes. Can't get better than this.
Absolutely the worst yard on the west coast. It is a storage facility packed full of containers. If you don't mind being on a month to month lease this is the place for you. BEWARE.
I recently flew VA to JFK. My return flight was canceled a day before it was to depart. I called to reschedule the flight a day before it was suppose to depart. They gave me a new flight three and a half days after my original flight was to depart. And, they refused to confirm a seat on that flight which was late sunday afternoon. I will never, ever, ever fly on that airline. EVER! Oh yes and they also refused to put me on another airline. So I sat and watched all the other airlines fly out of JFK without my wife and myself on them for three and a half days! I have never been treat so horribly by any airline. Like I said, Never, Ever!
Charter lied to me about turning off my service and continued to charge me for it. I only found out because the credit agency they hired actually sent the bill to my address. Charter was sending the bill to another address. All this occurred after I asked them to terminate my service. DO NOT USE CHARTER! You have been warned.
