If you need FLMA paperwork or disability forms filled out make sure you take it to them several weeks in advance. I'm currently out of work with no income except for my disability income. With that being said one week after dropping my forms off, they still have not got them completed. No forms = no income. They literally only have to answer a couple questions and get the doctors signature. This office definitely needs some extra help in this department. I've never been to a doctor before that hasn't had my paperwork finished within 2 days.
