      1 star is way too high for their company. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I was with their service for a few years & until recently I had no issues and always had great phone service. I decided a week ago to switch to my boyfriend's phone plan and I wanted to port my number over which shouldn't be difficult. I called customer service to get the info I needed & went later that afternoon to switch my plan & to upgrade my phone thinking I had been provided with the correct information. I was wrong.

      Before upgrading to the iPhone 13 pro & joining a new phone service, I had an unlocked IPhone X with straight talk. I was not aware my account number was the last 15 of the SIM card provided by straight talk however when I spoke to customer service, I was told my account number was the IMEI of my phone however I found out that was not correct upon leaving the store. I had already transferred phones & gave my new provided my old phone as a trade in and they shredded the SIM card because the number port had come back successful but by the time I left the store, I found out it had not been successfully ported. I returned home and contacted straight talk customer service & a rep walked me through how to find my SIM card number / my account number on my straight talk account and she assured me it would be enough information to port my number over. I called to provide the account number to my new provider and of course it was the wrong account number again.

      It was extremely important to me to keep my number because I had a 2 step authenticator on majority of my accounts & it was linked to that exact phone number.

      I spent majority of last Thursday going back & forth with straight talk trying to get the information I needed. I spoke with a manager who was extremely rude & was not willing to work with me whatsoever. He informed me that the SIM card number I was seeing on my account was not the same SIM card number that was connected with my phone number and he refused to provide me with it. He informed me that I would have to buy another SIM card in order to have access to my phone number which is absurd. He refused to change the SIM card number in my account so I was able to see it since he "couldn't say it". I reminded him that straight talk is currently doing a promotion where they will send you a free SIM card if you switch over to the Verizon side & asked why he couldn't just do that then he hung up on me. My phone service was still active with straight talk as I had already paid my phone bill for the month of June so there was no reason why he couldn't have sent me a SIM card for the Verizon side so I could keep my number.

      After fighting for so long, I gave up and decided to go through the hassle of getting into all of my accounts with the 2 step on & then switching my phone number. I ended up getting back into all of my accounts by Friday evening.

      I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the lack of customer service. It shouldn't be such a hassle to switch over a phone number & it shouldn't be difficult to provide a customer with their account number, it's my information. My best advice is to stay far far away from this service & go with another company. Thanks straight talk for horrible customer service & for holding my phone number hostage which is illegal per the FCC.

      I moved to Beltsville almost two years ago and have been nail salon hopping until I found this place. I no longer have a desire to go anywhere else to get my nails done because I've always had a pleasant experience here at V's. It's a clean salon with a great atmosphere and super nice techs! It can be a little busy but I've never waited more than 10 mins to be helped. I normally make an appointment to see Steven, he is my go to for my nails and always does a fantastic job. Recently, I went without an appointment and quickly regretted it. Tony was my tech and although he started out nice, it ended up being a horrible experience. He did my pedicure exactly how I wanted however when it came to my nails, he did the opposite and was highly upset when I corrected him and told him for the 5th time that I wanted a new set of acrylics. He then commented that a new set is expensive and asked if I could afford it! I've never had a tech ask me that before and it's so incredibly rude & none of his business! He then rushed through my set, the shaping was horrible as well as the clear coat. He left me to dry and never returned to check on me. I had to ask another tech if I could leave and pay to which they got Tony and he rang me up. I was unable to stay to have my nails fixed or to speak to V but I came back the next morning when they opened and spoke with V ( owner) and she took care of me right away and corrected the issue for free. She also apologized for the way I was treated, she was very professional and is the only reason I'm choosing to stay a customer at this salon. Now I know next time not to stray away from my regular nail tech and to make an appointment! Overall, it's a good nail salon.

      I had my nails done here once, I got a color & fill in. The lady did a great job and it was exactly what I wanted. I can't remember her name tho. I came in the morning so it wasn't as busy but it's a beautiful salon. I also had my eyebrows waxed and they did a wonderful job with that as well. I returned for a second time and ended up leaving b/c I was being impatient. Returned for a third time last night and decided to wait. I don't mind waiting but after a 40 minute wait and still no help I left. Only three nail techs working on 4 to 5 ladies before me, if I would have told how much longer the wait would have been I would have stayed but no one said a word to me which is unprofessional. I'm so disappointed because I really liked this salon at first. Don't know if I'll go back.

      Anna did my nails and she did a fantastic job, they look wonderful! I was a walk in and she was more than happy to take me. I'm use to nail techs burning me while doing my nails but she didn't and I loved that. The shop is a quite little place and it's very clean. $20 for a full set of acrylics is a steal! Definitely going back :)

      My boyfriend & I decided to give this place a shot tonight for the first time and are both so happy we did. The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out, it really draws you in, smelling the wood fire helps too. It's extremely cozy inside and the decorations are gorgeous. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Was greeted by 4 to 5 different staff members when walking in which starts off a great experience. Waitress was perfect and super friendly & the food was absolutely to die for, the Durango burger is a hit, best burger I've ever had ( bf thought the same) neither of us were able to finish and the waitress took our plates and wrapped them up to go which was a plus since most places just give you a box for you to do yourself. Excellent customer service. Will be back for more! Perfect place :)
