went last sunday with the family and friends. one was new to this type of restaurant, the other a frequent boiling crab visitor, who was excited to see this place open up close by. total guests in the party, 4 adults and 3 kids.
shrimp was still good. i've been to the bucket more than boiling crab to not be able to compare anymore, but boiling crab frequenter said she still liked boiling crab's flavor better.
the service this time around wasn't the greatest. we ordered 2 sides of rice. when they came with 3, we told them we had only ordered 2. server said that there was three on the order and left it on the table. no "i'm sorry let me take that back and correct the order" or anything like that. drinks were also slow to be refilled.
tip was going to reflect the quality of service, but we were automatically charged 18% with a party of 7, even though their menu states groups of 8 or more will be automatically charged the tip.
friends were not impressed and won't be returning, and i felt like i got burned for suggesting that they come check this place out.
i hope service improves if i decide to return.
Same owners as the restaurant in Upland. I always get the garlic butter medium shrimp and it was awesome as usual. Wait staff was friendlier and more attentive than the other location. No charge for water here too!
some of the cashiers are pretty bad. i am a couponer (not the crazy extreme ones, but i usually will have a coupon for most items i purchase) and a couple times i will get a cashier who will just let out an obvious sigh when i hand over a couple coupons. two different occasions i have been denied the use of a coupon because the coupon was worth more than the item it was for (walmart's coupon policy allows this, with the overage going towards the rest of your purchases).
was going to give 1 star, but then i remembered the auto service center is pretty good. so i was going to give it 2 stars, but then i remembered that not every cashier sucks. so 3 stars is where we're at. sorry to the hard workers at this location, but the crap employees are bringing you down.
keith was awesome! he made the process easy to understand and was always there to answer any questions we had, and our bankruptcy was successfully discharged in a little over 4 months from initial consultation. if anyone else is going through this unfortunate situation, i would definitely recommend atlantis law!
i've only had the tacos so far and i must say they are very tasty! going to have to try something else next time but i don't know... thinking about having those tacos again...
been here a couple times, and the pizzas have always been great! i usually get carry out and the staff has always been friendly. never had a bad experience here!
