Today, picking up an online order at 10:45 in the morning has taken over 20 minutes so far.... lunch rush pickups take no where near this long (assuming you can make it in the parking lot)

This location is definitely hit or miss

Last week I got a frozen lemonade instead of frozen coffee.... not quite what I was going for. Also didn't get the sauce I requested (that was listed on my receipt)

The food has been on the downside for a hot minute note. Sometimes the food is undercooked, sometimes over cooked. The chicken quality has been almost inedible (gray meat, gooey). I used to love the nuggets, but now I buy a 12 pack in hopes that at least 8 will be decent enough to eat.

All in all, the place is okay... sometimes a waste of money.
That being said, when you ARE the bigot chicken chain, you should at least try and maintain some type of decent service and food quality.

Came here as a walk in yesterday to get my nipples pierced. The shop was clean, and the people were friendly. I waited maybe 15 minutes for my turn. The piercer (also tattoo artist) was very professional, respectful, quick with the procedure, and gave thorough after care instructions. My piercings are perfectly even and look fantastic! It hasn't been quite 24 hours yet, and I can honestly say I have zero pain/discomfort (okay, minor discomfort while cleaning). I will definitely be coming back here for any future piercing needs.

PS I feel it's important to add that my piercer was a male (I did not get his name, may edit later if I find out). I went to this shop by myself, as a 26 year old female, and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe while topless in a closed room, (again) by myself, with this professional stranger, to have my nipples pierced. He was professional and respectful from start to finish. Highly recommend.

If you enjoy being treated like a second rate citizen, this is the restaurant for you. If you intend to serve mediocre food, you should at least put forth some effort in customer service... this was my first time at a Panda Express and will definitely be my last. Don't waste your time or money here. The employees lack any sense of common decency, the food is far inferior to any of our other local joints (Pagoda, Dim Sum, Golden House, Ying's, Bendoya, pretty much any other place), and their prices are the highest I've ever seen for some simple, fast, Chinese food. Not worth your time, money, or support.

EXCELLENT BBQ joint! I've had a healthy sampling of the BBQ Jacksonville has to offer, and I've gotta say, Papa's is hands down, THE BEST. I have stopped in two separate times, with two separate orders for takeout. My food is always hot and ready, waiting on me. If you're looking for an easy weeknight meal to feed a group, take home a pan of Papa's chicken or ribs (or both) and some sides, and you'll have no complainers.
