This place is AMAZING! We came up for a concert and wanted a breakfast and the place we wanted had a 2 hour wait so we Google snd found this place.

So we arrived a staff member told us the line would move fast but there'd be a little wait for the food. Ok, cool. I was starving at this point, so it didn't matter. I usually refuse to wait for food. This is important to know.

Look at the menu and all out party of 6 put our order in. And sat down to wait. You guys.. I got the rosemary bagel with egg and bacon. And a raspberry tart, and when I say I've never had a bagel or tart this good, I mean it. I'd happily wait every day for that bagel! And the tart.. it eas the perfect mix of tart and sweet. It's a bit of a drive from where we actually live, but I will go back.

Onto the staff now. Everyone was so kind and amazing that they were updating about waits and helping people make choices. They all were smiling and so kind. Even had the absolute pleasure of meeting the owner of Proper Bagel. They really have a well-oiled machine. They bussed tables quickly, got each customer order quick, and pretty sure our food was out before they said, but I'd had waited even longer. Also the place was super clean which makes it so much easier for me to eat in the place. I've been to places with sticky floors and gross bathrooms, and this place was so clean that there were no sticky floors and no gross tables despite being pretty busy.

So if you got this far, run and go grab a bagel, you won't be mad. Maybe also grab a tart because even tho I have a baker that lives with me, this thing was amazing.

Food is delicious, and we have always had really good service here. I love the southern Cobb salad or the Red hot and blue burger. My husband usually gets the fish and chips.

Super convenient if you're staying in the hotel, we only ate the free breakfast rhat came with our stay so I will ONLY be speaking on this specifically. Breakfast is served family style, we ate there 3 times. The first time we got good service, the second time was mediocre and the third was outstanding service. I had no idea we had cereal or yogurt options until our last day, the waitress was great I wish I caught her name.

The food was decent we loved the sausage over the bacon. My daughter didn't mind the pancake but the waffles were a family favorite. Food was somewhat bland but I've definitely had worse, they bring it out in a big round platter it's all warm. You can ask for more too if you run out. They have all the drinks you could want and OJ is brought in a carafe like bottle to let you refill as needed milks are the true moo containers. Our last waitress was amazing and refilled the kids drinks and offered us refills before oura was gone she even offered a to go cup of our drinks. Weekends it fills FAST opens at 730, but peiple show just before 7 and start a line. Tuesday morning? People strolled down at 8 and had no wait. Over all when we go again, ill have the breakfast here again. Probably wouldn't go for dinner, but I'd try it if buffet style was our thing for dinner.

Always in and out and staff is kind. They have the ability to pre book a time for Urgent Care which I have used I've also just walked in without doing that.
