Tried going in for Sunday brunch and this is what happened. Door handles are dirty with finger marks everywhere, food on the floor by the entrance, people waiting everywhere by the entrance. Gave my name to the hostess and she let other people who arrived AFTER me get a table. Left afterwards because 1) it's dirty 2) overcrowded 3) customer service is rudimentary.
At a minimum PLEASE CLEAN your restaurant entrance!

Here's what happened: new waitress didn't know the menu, they lost our order - LITERALLY lost our order- gave out our ordered plates to other customers, we waited there for 1 hour and no food. When I asked where our food was (btw it's a restaurant don't ask surprised when a customer asks such a simple question), kept hearing "not my fault" "it'll be out soon", spoke to the manager and he continued to make excuses. I'm pretty sure they hadn't even started preparing our order until we started complaining. While there I also saw an elderly couple leave because the service is rudimentary and highly unprofessional. I hope this place realizes that a restaurant is supposed to actually serve food to people not make excuses and loose orders.

True story: I go in with 2 infected wisdom teeth. I was in a terrible pain already and on the max dosage of over the counter pain killers. I didn't get the laughing gas because my insurance didn't cover it. Instead I got the "numbing" gel followed by the vaccine injection into the side of my mouth. I had already been crying from the pain before going to the dentist as the pain was unbearable. When he started to work on my infected molars I started to cry and went into a panic attack. To my amazement, he started to ask me to stop crying so he could continue his systematic work on my molars. I couldn't even breathe and he kept on telling me to stop crying and didn't even ask me why I was crying and if I was okay. It was his assistant who told him I was having a panic attack. How can you be a dentist and not be considerate of your patient and their pain? This man couldn't even recognize a patient having a panic attack. His response? Incredibly elementary and non-caring. Not kind at all, very systematic. Stay away, please, I have never seen a health professional as inconsiderate as this dentist.

Nothing special about this hotel. Upon my stay I dealt with the following problems: room key did not work, laundry machine out of order, smallest gym I have ever seen in my life-some of the equipment was not working and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned in a while, the framed art pictures in my room were crooked, breakfast is very basic and you can only pick from a pre-selected menu, the waiters at the restaurant could not explain to me what some of the breakfast items were (even though it is a very basic menu). The pros are the location and the free parking. I hope this hotel incorporates small changes to make experiences of its guests better because I will not be coming back here.

Used the Groupon for this. I'm just going to write down what happened and you can be your own judge. Went with my mom to get a pedicure and manicure. When one of the employees was working on my mom's manicure he told her "pay now" before applying the nail coat. He kept insisting she pay and started to make money signs. I don't know about you but this does not mirror good customer service as my mom was appalled my his fever that she pay now when I was the one treating my mom!! The employee doing my manicure was not as vulgar as the one my mom had and he didn't rudely ask me to pay by his demand mid-way through the service. This is highly unprofessional and even other women in the shop agreed to this notion. Some added that they too were asked to unprofessionally pay before the job was done. After my mom started to complain about the employees unprofessionalism, he started to talk in Korean (I'm assuming) indirectly in a heavy tone. He claimed that he spoke little English but that is not an excuse for poor customer service as he is an adult and at the minimum should have manners and common decency. My mom also owns a business and she would never be so rude to her clients as the employee was with her. I hope this review sheds some light into the possible conflicts you may encounter if you choose to use your honest money with a business that is full of unprofessionalism and low customer service standards. I will not be coming back here ever again regardless of the prices.
