Dec 27, 2023Not good customer service Dec 25,26 continental breakfast it's not good customer service they served limited they open 6am to 10am we went downstairs 8:30am all breakfast no Eggs coffee almost done from the machine no cups no bread all limited I'm not going back to this hotel zero star not good hotel to stay

Jun 22, 2023Updated reviewI called for 12k service for appointment if how much and when is time bring my car. A lady answered the phone from customer service rude lady she ask my name or last name for my appointment and when and what time is my appointment she just ok at 2:15 pm your appointment so I ask her when she said This coming Saturday I asked her are you not gonna get my name rude lady and I was asked question and she hang up the phone. Her name It's KATIE not good customer service
