I was really looking forward to eating here during our stay on the Cape.  But after making a reservation for 6 o'clock and waiting for 10 minutes before our reservation time and 40 minutes after, while also watching people with later reservations and larger parties be seated, we decided to leave.  There was no communication from the staff and we left unable to get a reservation anywhere else in the area.  Disappointing and we wont return!

If my 3.5 and 5 year old could leave reviews, it would be multiple 5 star reviews.  And really it was a great place to stop!  Educational and fun for the kids.

However, I thought it was really expensive.  You pay as adults and then you pay for each child's admission.  But as a family of 5 (and even with our littlest being free!) it cost us $100 for maybe 2 hours of entertainment.

But the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.  It was fun for the little ones anyways, and I loved seeing them learn and have fun!

Great food!  We visited multiple times during our vacation to Sanibel.  They have a great gluten free menu and the coffee is delicious.  It was off the beaten path as well so it was never super crowded!

I was hopeful that this would be a great little joint to stop for breakfast.  While I have no complaints about the food, the service was painfully slow!  We're talking about 25 minutes for avocado toast, a breakfast sandwich, a muffin, and two coffees... and the place wasn't even busy.  Otherwise the staff was friendly.  Not a bad place to go if you have time to spend!

We planned our first family vacation here, and it was wonderful!  We stayed in the Captiva Tower of the resort.  The rooms are very large comparatively speaking to an average hotel room, and they are well furnished with what you need for a week long stay.  There is a small "kitchenette" that has a tiny fridge and a microwave.  The bathroom is recently updated with a gorgeous shower.  The room was clean and well maintained, even though the carpet and linens were slightly outdated.  My only complaint about our room was not having a bath tub to bathe the littles, but we made do.  Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.  It is a great location to Sanibel, with easy access to the causeway.  It was a wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I visited on a Saturday night.  They were short staffed and we waited, standing by the hostess, for over 45 minutes.  We weren't even offered a seat at the bar while we waited.  Typically that wouldn't have bothered us but when we called to make a reservation they told us that we did not need to if we arrived by 6.  We arrived at 5:40.  Always make a reservation!  There were multiple large parties coming in and they were seated immediately.  I actually felt like they looked down on us for not having a reservation.

The food was good - about what you would expect for a local, non-chain.  We ordered an appetizer and dinner at the same time but they never brought us our appetizer.  We ate and left.

I wasn't incredibly impressed, even considering all of the great reviews we had heard.  I wont be back.  For what we paid I would much rather go to any of the 5 star restaurants in Sturbridge or even Worcester.

Unfortunately, this is our closest Walmart.  They stock maybe half of what a normal Walmart would, it's dirty, and they don't seem all too concerned about customer service.  The employees that smoke do so directly outside the front doors, so you have to walk right by it to get in.  This happens EVERY TIME that I am there.  When I complained to the customer service manager (I have two asthmatic children) and asked her to resolve it, she became incredibly nasty and said "well they have to do it somewhere!" The next time I stopped she was among the crew smoking up front.

Another major issue I have is that they don't easily price match, which any other Walmart on the planet does.  I asked them to price match a pack of baby bottles to Amazon pricing once.  I argued with their manager for probably 10 minutes and the conversation ended with them matching the price, but "this time only" because their store policy is not to price match due to the size of the store.  I'm sorry, but that's bull crap.

I will always shop at Target over Walmart, but sometimes it's not a possibility.  This Walmart in particular is exceptionally terrible.  I wish Sturbridge would level it and build a Target.

I love Sturbridge Coffee Roasters and always receive the best service when I am there!  Hands down they have the best coffee in the area, and with so many options to choose from they will not disappoint.  They offer a good variety for gluten-free options, unlike the rest of the coffee shops in Southbridge, so they are always my first choice!
