We hired HHG movers to move us when we purchased a new home. The employees they sent out were very friendly and efficient. They loaded everything up quickly and safely. None of the items they loaded or unloaded were damaged. If they took it apart, they put it back together at the new location. They also took time to verify where things went at the new location. I would definitely use them again.

This place has the worst customer service. We had a military referral for one doctor and they set us up with a different one that had zero patient skills. He called my daughter a boy despite it clearly being marked on the chart she's a girl, plus obviously visible that she's a girl. He asked if she had tube even when I had clearly marked it and said that she had them put in this past December when he first walked in and introduced himself. They also leave the doors wide open while in the rooms with patients. The girls at the front desk when I called to make a second appointment would not let me switch to another doctor, then one told me I needed to call my insurance to ask them myself. When I did call them and then called back, the other girl then gave me attitude, she said I would have to pay double what my insurance said I would. When I told her what my insurance said, she got an attitude and said "Well, I'm telling you what I just looked up." I will be finding a new ENT. This place is terrible and I refuse to give them any more money.
