Dec 21, 2022Great I went to physical therapy for two years before I found Dr. G and he actually was able to diagnose and remedy my issue. I am so very thankful to have found him and I have referred several people to him.

Dec 16, 2022Hired them to put a new system on my roof. The work was faulty- I now have a leak. Was told I had a 10 year parts and workmanship warranty but when I reached out for repair, the owner Devin miles bush emailed me back and told me that he had gone out of business and moved to Florida. Obviously this was a lie he is now running his scam here.
When I persisted, he said it couldn't be his fault, must be the original roofers? before he did his install. I asked how he would know that if he hadn't even seen pictures of the issue. He said "well send the pics and I'll say that". I have all the emails where he says this and have no problem sending them to anyone who is contemplating using this guy. Message me.
He also broke some furniture of mine while moving it out of the way and didn't move it back or tell me - which was $500 in damage and didn't pay for it.
Beware and go elsewhere, they will not honor their warranty and I now have to file legal action because he won't give my insurance co his insurance companies info to send an inspector out.
***Update*** now that he has confirmed he is in business in Tennessee by way of responding to this review admitting it's him, attached is my initial email with the owner Devin Miles Bush, in regards to the warranty.
Notice how this was just a few days ago and he just responded that he went out of business and moved to Florida? Which obviously was a lie and proves he is, in fact, a liar.
That's all the evidence you need to see to know he is shady and won't honor his work.

Please see pic below. It was $20, I've included the debit charge so you can see what I paid for the three items (one slice of cake, one cookie, one bar total $29.50). So nothing but truth here and that's what my review is about- my rating of my overall experience at your establishment, as it should be.
Also want to point out I did not tell people not to go here anymore, just don't buy the cake slices because they are outrageously expensive and mediocre. I also review the taste of the items, as It's all relevant.
Also Please understand I did say something at the moment, how do you think I learned it was $20! I didn't see a QR code, might have overlooked it But I did have the paper menu and there was the chalkboard menu (or whatever it was) and we also looked online later and none of those things mentioned the cost of the cake at that time that I could see.
Your own response to the original review just confirms:
1. the cake slice is not prominently displayed
2. That the cost is actually $15 (still ridiculous for slice of cake) which means I was also incorrectly charged for the item.
3. That I was giving my patronage to your small business while we are in a pandemic
4. I didn't demand a refund from your business (because we are in a pandemic and you are a small business).
So if you are upset about my truthful review that warned people about a slice of cake (because again we are in a pandemic and people might not have $20 to spend on cake slice).
Acknowledge I might have been overcharged and not offer to look into it to correct it.
Not take into consideration to maybe just put the price somewhere people can easily see it irl.
But instead choose to just complain that I gave you this review in pandemic, WEEKS after I wrote it, then maybe you are really only confirming that you did deserve the rating you got from me for my experience with your business.

We are sorry you feel this way, but if you did use our COVID safe QR code posted outside in three locations to bring our website up to order or used our online website directly porcosphilly.com, all the prices are listed along with photos and descriptions, so you stated it wasn't which would be strange as we have had that running for over a year and 1/2. Cake slices also are $15 only not twenty, so not sure if there was a mistake in this messaging and we messed up, I apologize if there was. We are a straight forward company, if you ask any questions to the staff, everyone is trained to tell you any info you want. I am sorry you didn't see it listed otherwise.
To answer why $15 for a slice and how a cookie is $3 and bar $4, it is calculated by product weights and market value. If a cookie is 2 oz and 3 bucks thats .66 an oz. and a cake slice is 19 oz and $15 bucks which is .78 per oz. When you break it down, does that seem that wrong or off? include labor into it...seems right to me. Also if your unhappy just say something or call us on the spot, we will help and make you happy, why warn people of false information? or in this case provide false info, therefore bringing our rating down, giving our business less exposure and new customers a false outlook at our business during already hard and pressing times.
