      With all the small, independent restaurants in Asheville I was surprised by the wait at Outback. Granted it was a Saturday at 5:30, wait time was 1 hour. The one perk is that they have a lot of inside and outside seating for waiting customers. And we grabbed a beer for the wait.

      The blooming onion was good. It's the perfect appetizer. The steaks and sides were also delicious. We had an order of four steaks which came out quickly. Our waitress and service was friendly and quick.

      I will say the floor was not clean. And I also almost ran into multiple wait staff while walking to the bathroom. They were whipping around in the small aisles without consideration of walking customers.

      But over all a really good experience at Outback! I give it three stars because it's a chain and was as expected.

      Wells Fargo has the worst customer service. I have received better customer service at restaurants.

      I had a supervisor on the customer service phone line tell me a customer service rep "lied to me. And there is nothing he could do about it."

      I also had a banker in the branch tell me "if you have additional fees I could help you out" and "you are a good customer. They should have given you your fee back but there is nothing I can do."

      I got ran around in circles and felt unheard, defeated and replaceable.

      USE CREDIT UNIONS.
