If you only need a place to sleep it is fine but if you are looking for a true vacation spot this is not it. The price is very reasonable and our room was very clean with 2 queen beds. The air conditioner was a little noisy but not enough to bother us. The only amenity was a continental breakfast consisting of coffee, packaged muffins and danish and some fresh donuts. There is nothing on the property in the way of a pool, picnic area or anywhere just to sit and have a cup of coffee. Down the hill is Pumpernickels a genuine German restaurant also run by Hans the owner of the hotel and next door is the Pub on 9 that usually has a band on Saturday night and offers a variety of bar food. We own a house nearby and rented a room for ourselves when our son converged with a group of former college roommates. I would not hesitate to stay there again. But like I said, it's good if you only need a place to sleep.
