      WARNING**** UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU USE THIS FACILITY! READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND MAKE YOUR OWN FINAL DICISION! The staff (women) at this location are extremely rude and nasty! After making a reservation we filled out the online "express check in form". We arrived early before opening and listened to an extremely loud argument and fight between two women who were staff. Once one of these women opened the door ,immediately she was rude and told us to "wait"! The "manager" came out after 5 minutes and proceeded to tell us we had "no reservation"! We tried to show her the reservation and she ignored us and tried to fight with people behind us. We insisted we were in a hurry and she replied..."good luck with that!". We started to fill out the questionnaire online in the office and we refused the optional insurance. The lady said we needed to show her our insurance card and policy. We had a commercial driver and insurance so no need for theirs. She said she would not rent to us. The story goes on and on but we got the van and called Uhaul to return to another location near by.
      We returned it that evening to another location. The lady at the original location called us the next morning demanding and screaming "where's my van!?". We told her we returned the truck to another location and she tried to charge our card triple cost. She started using profanity and saying she was going to "f******g call the police!". We warned our bank and went higher up the chain with formal complaints. We are also writing Uhaul corporate and the corporate storage rental company!
      DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY WITH THESE PEOPLE! HOPEFULLY WE CAN GET THEM CLOSED!

      Had read about this place having a fantastic burger. So, Where do I start...
      What a massive ripoff and disappointment!!! Yes, we did stay after seeing the ridiculous prices to give the benefit of the doubt. We should have listened to that doubt!! For starters we chose the "Deviled eggs"...well....One EGG, CUT IN TWO....$5.00. Even some very posh restaurants sell Deviled EGGS, where the customer gets at least three eggs for $8.00. Moving on , My friend had the EXTREME let down called the "Cubano". One thinly sliced small price of ham between a two peices of baguette five inches long and indistinguishable from deli sandwich ham with a slice of plain cheese.
      No chips or fries but only a little arugala on the plate. $23.00!!!
      My burger came cooked to order but when asked if I could get any cheese besides what they offered the server said "no substitutions are made but he could put the cheese on the side". I asked if I could get mayonnaise and they informed me that the "chef strickly forbids any change to HIS choice!" No onion, lettuce, tomato, only ketchup was offered. The price of this burger was $26.00! Listen, in a time when businesses are vollying for customers it's absolutely terrible practice to insult, pissoff and straight up tell your customers they can't get what they'd like because your "chef" has to be pleased!! Customer's ALWAYS come first until they deserve to be kicked out. We were gracious and patient. With the limited lunch menus priced at the same price as your dinner menus there's no wonder your restaurant was almost empty. Yes, this is a lengthy but also thorough and accurate review and we could go on and on with the problems when a restaurant rips off its patrons! We end by WARNING FUTURE PATRONS this restaurant's attitude, food ,celebrities who have visited and especially astrological prices are NOT WORTH your hard earned money no matter how much you have!!!

      First, let me say that e all are aware that food costs ( in general) have increased for not only the consumer but for the businesses. This said, Lost dog's pricing has increased and the quality has diminished! It never fails! As soon as businesses get successful, they start making mistakes, either intentionally or overlooked. Now, A VERY small )7-8 inch pepperoni pizza cost 10.70 today. YES, you read that right!! This was ordered for a 5 year old child. Really the only viable selection that kids will eat here. So, most smaller kids will eat only one or two pieces leaving 3 very small pieces left, the pizza is too small to take the remainder home. This equates to $5.35 each slice. Outrageous price for a TINY pizza!! Another terrible thing here is that the value for your dollar has changed on almost all the selections. Take the Chicken corn chowder soup for example: a cup for 3.95... the bowl for 5.95. The cup has remained the same size (we think) , but now the bowl size and portion has changed to very small and shallow . We tested this today, ordering a cup and a bowl of the soup. The CUP of soup fills the bowl...where as the bowl was not even filled when it came from he kitchen. This is deceptive practice from Lost Dog...NOT GOOD guys! YES, Lost dog helps animal rescue...but remember...it's YOUR money they're helping the animals with! We have been loyal customers for years, but now are looking for more reasonable choices in the area! A modest lunch for two adults and a small child cost over $70.00 today...CRAZY!!! Even the manager acknowledged having more and more complaints that the portions across the board have gotten smaller and prices have either remained the same or on most selections increased. A sure fire way of hurting you own business is to dumb down the customer!!
      1 cup of soup, 1 bowl of soup, 1 tiny pizza, 2 salads, 4 drinks= $70.00+...outrageous!!!
