I had my first experience eating here last night and the food was AMAZING!! Highly recommend the Italiano, it was five-star worthy. The service however, was below average. The hostess started us off with water and was super friendly, but the waitress-I believe her name was Tabatha-was the complete opposite. She was short with us, not personable or attentive, and had an "I don't care" demeanor. I will definitely go back for the food and hope I have a better waitress when I do!

While I've loved this place in the past, my last visit left a bitter taste in my mouth. We were celebrating a birthday and so of course we brought a cake to celebrate with. After spending a good chunk of money on beer AND pizza we asked the staff if they had a lighter to light the candles on the cake. We were then spoken to by the owner about how they have a $10 cake cutting policy. Said policy is nowhere to be found on a website nor in the restaurant and NONE of the staff were aware that this policy existed either. The owner handled the situation very poorly and we ended up eating our cake in the parking lot outside the "restaurant".

This place is wonderful! I've been getting laser hair removal treatments here and the experience has been nothing but pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful and I'm seeing results that are so worth it. The facility is super clean and the treatment room is really comfortable. The laser techs always go out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible!

I would highly recommend La Nouvelle if you are looking to have any laser hair removal treatments.

Lyft has screwed me twice when it comes to customer service. If you don't know, there is no live person to talk to when attempting to contact Lyft-it is all done through email. The first time I was screwed, I left my phone in a Lyft and they took the side of their driver who said he couldn't locate my brand new iPhone 7 Plus. I consider that stealing, but there was nothing I could do about it. This time, I rode home from a friends house by this man in the photo. I was later informed that I had been charged $60 in "damages" on top of my ride fee. I was given pictures of what looked like a water spot on the side of the car I wasn't even sitting on. I disputed the charge with Lyft but there is no winning because they always back their drivers. If you ride with this man be sure to cancel your ride and find someone else before he takes you for extra cash.

This was my driver Eric. He charged me $60 in "damages" for what looked like a water spot in the back of his car.

If I could give them no stars I would. This is not "luxury" living and management is AWFUL. The new people working have no idea what they are doing and they rarely return your phone calls when you try to contact them. Erica has got to be the WORST apartment manager in California and she is also incredibly rude. She has no regard for her tenants and is looking only to make as much money off her tenants as possible. The apartments themselves are just average, but anytime you have to deal with anyone in the leasing office its like going to hell and back. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I had one of the worst experiences with Erica who literally, DID NOT CARE about the fact that my roommates put my stuff on our balcony when I had paid rent for that room in my apartment. "Oh we don't get involved." And now that I have moved out she thinks that the countertops in our apartment need to be "refinished" and is charging us $500. Does she have any idea what renters rights are and that tenants should not have to pay for natural wear and tear? She's just a bad person. Please pay a little more to live somewhere else, you'll be happy you did.
