      Terrible customer service from all working here. Called about an upgrade bc I was having issues online and Josh let me know he didn't have any training about online. So I asked if I could talk to someone who could answer my questions since he couldn't. I asked for a manager and he cut me off and said that his manager wouldn't know either and that there's no reason to speak to a manager. After almost yelling at him to put me on the phone with a manager he finally put me on hold. The manager picked up the phone and asked me what he could help me with. I told him I would firstly like to make a complaint about his employee. After I told him what happened I received no apology or care. The manager just said "I'll talk to Josh, what can I help you with?" You can help me by fucking teaching your employees professionalism and customer service That's how you can help me. I pay too much money a month. I need chick fil a customer service. Not McDonald's.

      This place is not closed so don't be fooled, although it should be. My friend an I stayed for two nights. In the first room, none of the lights worked so we switched rooms. We had Waffle House and I sat mine down on the table to eat later. Well when I went to eat my food about 10 minutes later their were multiple roaches trying to get inside my container to my food. Again I had only left it there for 10 minutes. This morning we woke up to get ready to leave and found more roaches in the bath tub. Do NOT stay here. We are leaving and we feel disgusting?

      Came in at the last minute for a walk in tattoo. The staff there was so awesome. Welcoming and very friendly!! They want you there. Will sketched a picture and I loved it! He did it within 30 minutes. He was awesome!!! Thank you planet ink

      I have been going here for a while now and after today I'm completely done with classic nails. I've had bad experiences before for example on my birthday the lady doing my nails was talking on the phone to her boyfriend the entire time she was doing my nails. So my nail shape was very uneven and I told her and she handed me the filer to fix it myself. Today I went in to get one nail fixed. I had them done a little over a week ago and today one just became loose and fell off. I called and was told they would fix it for free. Of course when I got there I was charged. Told them what had been told to me on the phone they didn't care and charged me for it anyways. Now it looks completely different than my other nails. I've never left a bad review on anything but today I was very disappointed with how they handled things. They are way too overpriced and only care for your money.
