This shop was my 3rd stop in the dress shopping process and boy I wish it was my first! Greeted with champagne and escorted to a private area, we met our amazing stylist Adrianna. She made eye contact, with me the bride, asked me what I wanted, didn't want, price range and picked the dress she felt would be fit my vision. 1st dress I tried on triggered an emotional reaction from my bridal party and mother and the only dress I had said I loved. At the first two shops I found dressed i liked but didn't have this moment. Adrianna continued to put me other dresses so I could see different options of things I could change on my dress, straps, deep v, underarm slit to not rub against beading etc. I even told her I felt I got so narrowed into this one dress style by the other shops so she put me in something completely different just to see which solidified my love for the first dress. After all options, she asked me if I wanted to go back into the dress I loved and see it with a veil. Again, my entire bridal party and mother had the emotional reaction and I still loved it. Then I walked onto the stage, with all the lights and mirrors and Adrianna handed me flowers where I had my emotional moment, sobbing in this gorgeous dress. Let's be honest, no one loves coming into a collision center. I mean your car has just been unexpectedly injured, you won't have "your car" for some time and it all seems like a hassle. Well walking into this Caliber Collision was a very different experience. I got a quick estimate on my car, returned within a week to drop off for repair, and my car was on the way. The front office staff was patient and answered all my questions and the transportation staff was kind and friendly! The best part of my experience was my service advisor Cory! He explained the entire process, kept me informed thru every step of the way and was knowledgeable with any question I had. Thank you Cory and your amazing team for working hard on my Mercedes Benz to complete repair in the half the quoted time!

I stopped by this morning after finding a five star review and reading in depth descriptions. I was extremely disappointed when I got my order. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a plain cheese bagel with a vanilla chai. The bagel was doughy, but had absolutely no flavor, the eggs were piping hot, but the bacon was fatty and cold with the cheese barely melted. The drink tasted good at first but as it got to the bottom, could taste the from a box taste. I only ate half the bagel and tossed the rest but finished the drink.
