I spent 10 days with Coastal Palms. Previous to that I had spent 40 days in and out of the hospital after a abdominal surgery. The staff at coastal palms were extraordinary helpful , and truly caring. I would recommend them to anybody in need of their specialized care.

I must verbalize my extreme satisfaction with Ironhorse RV for getting to the bottom of a problem that I have been working on for so long. I have a 2015 Thor Palazzo 36.2 that since day one the electrical charging system has not worked correctly. The RV had been looked at, and worked on by 3 different repair stations including the dealer, all to no avail. I dropped the RV off at Ironhorse in San Antonio as my last hope. Ironhorse worked on it working with Thor Motor Coach, they found all the know problems, and a few more. On Friday I returned to Ironhorse, tested all parts know to have problems and all work seems to be done and the charging system is apparently now working correctly.
