I worked with Kenny on the sale of a flushing condo and recently closed the deal. I've worked with many realtors over the years and what I really like about Kenny is his incredible service, diligence, and perseverance. To be fair no realtor is perfect, but Kenny sure comes close. I would choose him for any real estate property any day of the week. He is dedicated to the end to get you the best deal whether seller or buyer. His commitment level is tremendous no matter the size of the project or property. Don't take my word, just look at the track record and volume. 10 stars all the way in my book.

Great little boba tea store. I really enjoyed my foam milk tea here while sitting indoors. I came here for a short bike stop and customer service was just superb. They make the drinks quite fast unlike other stores. Overall 5 stars in my book!

I came to CH Premier to buy two watches from Yan on separate occasions in 2022. Indeed she is knowledgeable and patient with us. I couldn't have been happier with the experience or timepieces. Definitely 5 stars in my book. I have noticed several poor reviews here about purchases, wait times, and customer service. I never had such issues at this store, however our experience is limited with Yan and the manager. I'm happy to say this is an sincere review without any incentives.
