I needed Mike's help again thanks to a lost key - this time replacing a lock. He's definitely the person I would call for locksmith work in SF - friendly, fast, good work, & decent price.
My inside door handle on an old (1930s) front door had fallen off and I was convinced the spindle was broken and so the old lockset would likely need an expensive replacement. But they managed to fix the original set up in just 10 minutes.
To be honest I'd probably rather not give Amazon and Jeff Bezos more money. If I could, I'd shop at Safeway on Mission which is closer to my house ... buuuut this place is just soooo much nicer. It's not that much more expensive and the lines at Safeway are like Soviet Russia. Even when the staff at Whole Foods aren't friendly (and they are usually friendly) they still do a competent job and keep thing moving.
Line at Starbucks was insane so took a chance on this place. Smoothie tasted like liquid cardboard. If it's a Nathan For You prank, 5 stars, well done, you got me. Otherwise, 1 star.
Chris showed up on time and quickly fixed my problem - it was a simple problem (oversight on my part!) but I appreciated the prompt and friendly service.
Inventive Mexican-Asian fusion dishes. Somewhat pricey by Mexico City standards but still very affordable compared to similar dining in the US.
We were there for a light afternoon meal so only tried a few plates. Hope to go back for the tasting menu one day.
