I called and they scheduled a time frame right away and called prior to the tech to arrive. They did have to order the part but it was installed the very next morning. Nesco was the tech who was very pleasant and great to work with. I am not picky but I usually find something to complain about. No complaints here, completely satisfied and will use them again for any other home repairs.
