Please stop everything you are doing and read this review. Yes, I mean you, the person scrolling wondering if you should take a chance on Dr. Williams. I can assure that it will be one of the best decisions you've made. I'll tell you why...

I'm a chronic pain client with a history of trauma so male doctors and I do not mesh well. I read some reviews and decided that Dr. Williams was worth taking a chance on. Fast forward almost a year later and I still see him. I have never felt so safe, well cared for and prioritized in my life. He greets each client with a smile and makes your health & wellness his priority. He and his staff are always incredibly professional and the whole office is like a well oiled machine.

If you aren't sold yet, let me just tell you that I'm the person that gives 4/5 stars because I think if I can only give up to 5 stars, I want to save that 5 for someone/something truly deserving, and that is Dr. Williams & Williams Wellness. If it were up to me, I'd give 6/5 stars!

I've waited to do this review for a few months. I wanted to go a few times and make sure that when I wrote the review, there was no doubt in my mind that everyone would have the same experience. Well, after getting my nails done 3 times here, I can confirm just how incredible Jackie and her staff are!

I always get Nexgen (as they say in Florida) and since moving here, I had to find a new person to do them which is quite a daunting task. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to try Jackie and Blossom Nails.

I got to my appointment and the first thing I noticed was her smile. She immediately greeted me and welcomed me. It took over an hour and a half to get my nails done (hadn't had them done in over a year so she had to do some extras) but Jackie never made me feel rushed or like I was a pain. She checked each nail individually to make sure that they were even and precise. My nails came out perfect and just the way I like them. During the appointment, I mentioned that I was new to Texas and she welcomed me and even helped me find some new places to check out. Each time I've gone back, she has greeted me with the same smile, excitement, and professionalism. I am definitely impressed that she remembers my name and my story so well.

All-in-all, I can say that I will forever be going back to her and Blossom Nails. The proof is in the photos; the first (mint nail color) is after 5 weeks. I am incredibly tough on my nails and I've never gone 5 weeks without at least one broken nail. The nails look (almost) as good as when she did them (minus the grown out part). The second photo are my fresh nails that I got done yesterday! Could not be more excited about them!!

Extremely impressed with Texan Pharmacy. My doctor prescribed a medication that is not covered by insurance or CVS pharmacy. I decided to try Texan Pharmacy and although the medication was too costly for me, they were able to work with me so I could get it and not have to wait for my next paycheck. On top of that, it was filled within 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind hearted. They really got me through a rough time with a medication I needed ASAP but could not afford. I am truly grateful to their amazing pharmacist and techs. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family (an already have).

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I wish negative stars were possible, but apparently 1 is as low as I can go.

I went to get a massage from them and ended up getting the membership because I figured it was a good deal. What I was not prepared for was how AWFUL their staff is. The front desk girl who signed me up for the membership left out several important details about policies. I have frozen my account with them multiple times and STILL HAVE MONEY WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT. When I have asked to speak with Chanel the manager, she was rude and very unaccommodating. After having money taken from my account multiple times without consent after freezing the account, errors with appointments and scheduling, and multiple issues with the contract, I have asked repeatedly for them to let me out of the contract because all that it's created is undue stress in my life where I was trying to destress, and they told me the only way out is to move 25 miles away from a ME.... At this point, I'm considering it.

TL;DR DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH MASSAGE ENVY. They are a mean, greedy company who only cares about ripping you off and taking your money. The contract is basically for life since I've heard the cancellation process is a nightmare and that they still take money from you. All you're signing up for is stress and a lot of lost time and money.
