I decided to bring my fiancé here to relax and spoil ourselves a little bit. Unfortunately, a great spa day was quickly ruined.
We walked in 2 minutes before our appointment (doors were open to let the nice air in) and were quickly greeted by one of the employees who turned out to be my nail technician. The view is great and the salon appears clean. I was excited as I have tried another nail place down the street a few times and wasn't exactly happy. The lady who was doing my nails brought me the nail color samples for my toes and fingers and told me to choose a color. When I picked my toenail color she asked if I had also chosen one for my SNS manicure. I hadn't yet as it had only been about 2 minutes and more than 45 nail samples. Like everyone else I wanted my toe color to match or be similar to my fingernail color. She came back and wrapped my fingernails in acetone and foil and continued to tell me to choose a color. I was frustrated because my nails were wrapped in foil and these nail samples were EVERYWHERE! I couldn't keep them straight, the foils were coming off and my pedicure water was scalding hot. One of the other lady's put freezing cold water on and walked away. Okay, at this point I'm sort of frustrated as now the water has gone from one extreme to another. I look over and a nice girl is starting my fiancé's pedicure. My lady sat down and again asked for my nail color so she can pull it before someone else comes. I asked if she could help me find something similar and she said no that normally people go lighter on their fingernails. Well I didn't want to and explained that to her. I put them down and started to relax. She had asked if I wanted my toenails clipped and I told her no just filed and then she proceeded to clip one toenail as it was "too long" not taking into consideration what I (the customer) wanted. Started the scrub for about 10 seconds per leg and then added the mask to it rubbing for a few more seconds and washing it off immediately. Thought that was weird but ignored it. I looked over and the lady doing my fiancé's pedicure was still scrubbing his legs taking her time so as you can imagine my irritation level at this point is very high. She comes back with hot stones and starts doing the massage. She gets up after about a minute and is gone for a minute. Sits down and leaves again. Did this about 4 times during my "massage". Before she paints my toes she is taking the cuticle cutter and clipping almost all of my toenails AFTER she has filed them down so short already. When she finished there was paint still on my actual toes and asked her to clean them up a second time.
On to the SNS nail dip manicure. The foils had basically come off and not let my nails soak in acetone to get the previous dip off and so she had to use the electric drill to remove the old dip. Said that the other place used too much dip and that is why they didn't come off in the soak. Once they were all somewhat cleaned up she started to file my nails so I told her I wanted them round and not square. She finished and they were definitely a perfect square shape. I asked if she could fix them as I did not like square and wanted round. Told me that she would fix them later. Continued to use the drill by my cuticles and burnt me. Told her "ow" and she apologized. Continued to use the drill and remove my cuticles. Well, she had been doing it for some time already and there was nothing left for her to drill but my actual fingers and I had to tell her "ow" again. Went to change the shape and the one nail she showed looked decent so I let her proceed. By the time she was done they looked horrendous so I asked if she could do it again that I did not like them sort of square and I just wanted them round and natural. Told me she would do it that she wasn't finished. Once the dip was done here comes the dreaded drill again. Two fingers bled and every finger is sore from using the drill so close to my finger. Asked her if she could make them a little shorter when she makes them round and of course she said yes. After making them the length I wanted she tried to shape. I told her that was not even close to round and tried to demonstrate to her what I wanted. Tried again and still failed. At this point I am aggravated beyond belief and just want to go home. Finishes up and starts to give me a neck massage with oil and then she starts rubbing my face WITH THE OIL! Oh my goodness I am horrified. Who wants oil on their face? No one. I try getting rid of oil not putting it on my face let alone the same oil that goes on my hands and feet. Not to mention the oil smells like 5 year old lotion. Upon arriving I asked for eyebrow and lip waxing so she said she can do that but I told her no. If you can't do a basic nail shape how are you going to fix up my eyebrows?
If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would. Worst hibachi experience I have ever had. Chef was not personable, did not put on any sort of show and very slow. Food looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. Volcano sushi was pretty delicious but as far as the remainder of the meal goes I will never go back. Very disappointing.
Everyone at this salon is very friendly. My stylist is always honest with me about the process and when I wanted to chop most of my hair off she started with baby steps to make sure that's in fact what I wanted.
Waited over 2 hours when the wait was supposed to be 45 mins. The lady at the front desk was rude and the food is definitely not worth the money

Hi Shannon! Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feedback and I am sorry to hear that you received a negative experience. I apologize that you had to endure a long wait. We do get very popular on weekends with waits sometimes hitting a couple hours. At Topgolf Loudoun, guests are able to extend their time at their individual bay, so we can't gauge exactly how long the groups will stay. Our wait time is typically an estimate and sometimes the waits do run a little longer than quoted. I sincerely apologize that this wasn't communicated to you and your group. I have relayed the feedback that you provided to our team to ensure that we can provide the best possible experience in the future.
Second time I've been to this specific chipotle and both times have been bad.
Burnt chicken and hard rice.
The tomato salsa however, was delicious.
