WE used to like this vet clinic but since Dr. Pflaum sold the clinic we are not going to go back. We took our dog to the new vet Michael Jackson. Oh boy what a mistake. He was not professional like Dr Pflaum.
I will not go back.

Dr. Jaffe is the best! She saved my life.
I went to Renown Hosp. in Reno and was sick with a high temp and pains in my chest. They took an x-ray and did not see anything. They sent me home and said I should feel better in a few days.

On Monday I went to see Dr. Jaffe because I still did not feel better. She sent me for another x-ray at St. Mary's Hosp. and they found that I had pneumonia in my left lobe. She immediately put me on antibiotics and I was better in one week.

I would have died if I would have listened to the advice of Renown Hosp.

She has cured me from many other problems, but this was the determining point when I knew that she is the most thorough doctor I had ever seen. SHE IS THE BEST!

I give Best Mattress no stars. It was a horrible experience. Shawn seemed like a nice person and knew all about the mattresses. He told us that he would take care of us and give us a real good deal. Ha--Ha--Ha what a lie. They are supposed to have the BEST prices, but no they do not. Beware - do not buy from them. Instead, look on your computer at Oveerstock.com they will beat the price every day of the week. We bought the Beautyrest Black from Shawn, but then the next day I found it at overstock. So we told Shawn and he did a price adjustment, but because he gave the FRIO pad originally, we now had to pay for it or the warranty would be VOiD. What a line of Bull Shit! If I only would have gotten it at Overstock I would have not had to pay for delivery and also would not had to pay tax. This store Sucks Big Time!
They have a sign that says "if you find it for less we will match the price or it is FREE" What does this really mean - they will never give a mattress FREE. It is Fraudulent advertising. I am an old person over 70 years old and this is how they treated me.

We made the mistake of ordering a double entry security gate. I gave the salesman a picture of my custom designed rendering.

They made the first appt. for a fitting which should have been with what they called a Jig. When they came out they brought the actual frame. It did not fit where we wanted it installed. After arguing with us over the fit and blamed the bad stucco job, we were told that it had to be installed 3 feet closer to the entry door. They did not want to work with us to satisfy the customer. It was their way or the highway. They would not let us out of the contract, instead it was okay if they breached their own contract.

Well when they arrived with the double doors and frame, it had different scroll work than our picture indicated and also the bottom had a full panel instead of the scrolls. They did what they wanted to do not what the customer wanted.

Also, the drop down lock into the concrete does not go down far enough and can be opened with a push. How secure is that? The dead bolt also has a large gap in the back of the gates. My husband showed me how someone could reach around and cut the bolt with a saw.

We are so unhappy. The gate looks dumb at the location, because we have epoxy paint on the concrete and the gate is not installed at the edge of the epoxy.

Bad - Bad customer service and customer satisfaction. They are NOT customer friendly.
Buyer beware and use AR Iron instead. They have GREAT reviews. Our neighbors had a gate made by AR Iron and had NO PROBLEMS. Do your do diligence before buying. Do not make the same mistake that we made.
