Elco does not even deserve one star. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. A guy driving an Enterprise car rental hit my car while we were on vacation. Elco has been a major headache to deal with. They are not even covering half of my rental car while my car was getting repaired and they informed me of this AFTER I returned the rental car. They claim they did not receive paperwork which was submitted weeks in advanced. They ignored my messages and then claimed I did not reach out to them when the reality is I did and they did not get back to me. Obviously they just don't want to pay. The 1st male I dealt with on the phone was nice but no help at all. His supervisor was harsh and rude.....and also no help at all!

Totally disgusted!

I love Enterprise and have always had a great experience renting cars from them but I may reconsider in the future after dealing with this insurance company they outsource to.
