Wow - called and left a voice mail last weekend asking them to call me back because I had some questions. Have yet to hear anything. Not to mention that the contact person they have listed on their website is not the same person whose voice mail I got. I guess they must be doing so well that they don't care if they get my business. Not the kind of people I want watching over my wine collection!

I reached out to JK seeking an appraisal of some jewelry for insurance purposes. They were super responsive, friendly (we met with Abe on site), beat everyone else on cost, and were simply delightful and easy to work with. I can't be more positive. If I am in the market for custom jewelry, I will be hard pressed to think of anyone else I'd rather work with. A rare gem (pun intended) - kudos!
