OMG, the Bissonette. Just go, get it, improve your life. Been to both locations and they're both great. The NY style pizza didn't really scratch that itch for me, but it's still good thin crust. In fact, I think if they just called it thin crust instead of NY, I would have been better prepared to enjoy it more. Because everything here is solid. If I didn't live so far away, I'd likely swing by for the lunch specials.

Thanks for leaving a review David! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our Detroit Style pizza. The Bissonette is a great choice! We hope to see you again soon. Thanks again,

Update: I meant to post this last month... The "easy" fix didn't quite work, and with hard January rain on the horizon, Ryan found time to come by between jobs and do the next "easiest" fix (short of my having to get an entire new roof)... AND THAT WORKED!
Great job from a guy who genuinely cares.

Thank you so much for the nice review, it was our pleasure helping you with your roofing needs
So, a caveat... This review is just for dealing with the company and having them come do work. As of today, it has yet to rain, so I'll try to come back and update this down the line.
Short and sweet: recommended to me by a friend who loved the work they did for him. They were quick to return my message. Ryan came out and could not have been nicer. I felt I got an incredibly fair price. The work was done the next week.
So far, so good :-)
First time here - very disappointed. Somewhat expensive considering nothing felt special. Came around 10:30, though, and they were already out of most of their signature things. So we got a buttermilk bar, a glazed old fashioned, and a cinnamon roll. The first two were too sugary and were very "lopsided" - way more oily fried crust than fluffy donut insides. And we only ate the middle of the cinnamon roll, which was fine, and tossed the rest. Reading some of the other reviews here, sounds like we maybe missed the good old days.
Two caveats: we've only been for lunch, 4-5 times, never dinner... and you'll need to not mind waiting in line (unless you luck into a good time slot - something we've never figured out :p)
The food can be great, or just good - quality varies unfortunately. Most of the prices are, like, $1-3 more than they should be... but still not crazy expensive. And yet, we still go every once in a while because we like the ambience - both indoors and outside - the breakfast stuff and the salads, and the chocolate chip cookie (the other baked good look fine, but we adore that cookie) I actually *like* the get-your-water thing, and don't mind them not waiting on you at your table. But...
That line to order. It's just one person, which seems crazy to me, especially when it's busy. Mind you, she's great, and funny and warm and all... but she still has to wait for people to ask her questions and not really know what they want, etc. And she's also in charge of getting you the baked goods. It can be frustrating.
And yet, 4 stars :) So add a grain of salt to those two caveats, maybe.
