I have always had wonderful food here. Front of the house staff sometimes appear confused or annoyed. Waitresses and waiters are always super friendly. Food always comes out quickly and everyone checks to see how everything is. Very attentive and fast at getting anything you need. And the food is good. Go here often.
Beautiful building. A lot of exhibits under renovation right now. Workers were friendly. A lot of exhibits aren't air conditioned, which on a 95+ degree day really takes away from the experience.
Went here around 9:30pm to order two shakes. Took 20 minutes to get them. Ordered at the kiosk, which was fairly easy, and was told I'd get a text when the shakes were done. Got a text prematurely and waited at the counter for 10 minutes to get our drinks. Drinks were ok, pretty basic milkshakes. It seems they were off this night - many people waiting 30+ minutes for food. Not a fun first-time experience.

Hi Kristin,
Thanks so much for your feedback. I'm sorry about your recent experience. We work hard to make sure each order is sent out in a timely manner but it sounds like we dropped the ball.
We can do better than what you experienced and would love to invite you back to the Shack. Can you message your email address so we can grab more details?
Thanks,
Jake
Had a great experience. Waiter was very attentive, refilled our waters probably 6-7x which was greatly appreciated. Fried pickle appetizer is a steal at $4! Had the grilled cheese with tomato soup - really delicious and filling! Had a Parasol for a drink and could've had ten more - it's THAT good.
We stopped here on a Thursday afternoon. No line in sight! The girl at the front was very sweet and patient with us. We had pork/beef corn dogs, garlic Parmesan fries, and an order of cheese curds. Curds were fantastic and the homemade ranch complimented them so well. Garlic parm fries did not lack either and were well-seasoned. Corn dog batter was slightly dry, but everything was hot and delicious.
