This UPS is so efficient and friendly; I have absolutely no complaints. Came here at 6:00 PM and was out quickly and satisfied. Sagar helped me with my questions; dude was super nice.
Parking is never an issue here.

Hi Phuong N., thank you for the review! We know we can always count on Sagar. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon.
The stars are for Bethany, the waitress that helped us this past Sunday.
My friend and I had been regulars at this place for years, so I immediately realized that something was off the moment I stepped into the restaurant at 6 PM. Vibe was off; staff was different, and it wasn't crowded.
Items on menu were kept the same, but most dishes had American names in front of them (which is like...massive red flag for me when some of these were Asian dishes...).
I ended up canceling all orders about 1 min after putting them in and left the restaurant. Poor Bethany looked like she would get in trouble, but no, the overall establishment spoke for itself, and personally, I wasn't comfortable staying knowing that the taste of the food has changed (in which the previous reviews could attest).
New manager/owner should think about revamping the menu to reflect the change. Who knows, you might be good at something else and not the dishes that the old Wharf offered.
Sit down and have a meeting with staff on a daily basis (including the kitchen staff) during the transition period, then take their advice/concerns seriously before the complains will be coming from diners directly (which go on Yelp, which is...not good).
Bethany, you were so patient and understanding. Thank you for being so kind. Hang in there girl!

Thank you for your concerns, our chefs n kitchen employees n bartenders r the same as previous Wharf. If we r changing names it would be for the best. The menu is the same just a little tweak to it. You have to try the food by the taste of it not how it looks on menu with different names. Hope to see you return to try the food. Thank you
I usually gave second try at restaurants that I initially didn't like. Well, second try at this place just further cemented that it...wasn't good.
Staff needed to acknowledge diners when they stepped into the restaurant. My sister and I stood at the "Please wait to be seated" sign with two staff passing by us without batting an eye or letting us know to wait. Yeah, we could wait; we had no problem waiting for a table, but it felt like we were being ignored for a good amount of time.
To rub salt in the wound, one of the staff gave us the check 30 minutes into the meal (it wasn't even a crowded restaurant at 1:15 PM on a Thursday afternoon). We also didn't even finish our food yet lol.
For the food & drink:
Lomo saltado omelet - steak was dry and nearly well done; the entire thing tasted like the Pacific Ocean (peeps with high blood pressure, tread carefully). I was hoping for more flavors (considering that this place offered Thai food); I was let down . It basically just tasted like salt.
Strawberry shortcake French toast - this was decent, but the crumbled shortcake bits were overwhelming. My bad, I ordered this knowing full well how candy-like the entire thing would be. The texture of the toast itself was pretty good though.
Honey oat latte was surprisingly ok, though a bit overpriced at $7 a cup (go to Whole Foods for a less costly but just as delicious cup of this latte).
Parking can get pretty crazy, but you can always park at the parking structure nearby.
I can see why this place is popular, considering that vibe was hip with a good setting for insta or tiktok, but personally, it wasn't worth my time or money.
Will I come back? Most likely not.
This is basically fyi for the peeps who used to frequent this place: you will probably (most likely) be disappointed.
It's no longer the beautifully designed interior. It went from a relaxingly elegant space to what akin to a frats house. What a waste bc this location near the water was perfect for the previously charming but trendy setting.
The delicious menus completely changed (since chef Mina no longer took part in this establishment chain). No more seafood platters and delicious sea bass. No more more black truffle spaghetti. No more amazing almond cake. Now the menu has nothing but food that you can get from regular pubs, nothing special (don't come here if you're a foodies).
Drinks did pack a punch though, but it could be bc of what I ordered (just old fashioned, Cointreau on the rock, and an espresso martini).
Servers and hosts were very nice and friendly.
Ngl I was super surprised to see the bouncer checking IDs at front door. What is this? A club??
They validate for parking, but honestly, I won't come back here bc of the changes.
New folks might like it bc this place still has a killer view of the water and the boats.
Took off stars bc they didn't put in the masago and any garnishes that I asked for.
Taste is decent; fish is fresh (salmon), and greens were ample in the bowl. There wasn't that much rice/base compared to other poke joints. Rice was also a bit too mushy.
I'll stick to low-key poke for now for value and taste.

Hello Phuong, I am really sorry that we made a mistake on your bowl. Please come again and let us fix the mistake we have made today.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience.
