Eric was quick to accommodate my last minute request for same-day services. He was friendly and professional, and did a very thorough job of cleaning my carpet and La-Z-Boy recliner. Thanks for a job well done!

BEWARE! This place is not clean!! I first came in here for a waxing and when asked to lie down on the table, noticed there was another person's hair on the towel. They had not even changed out the towel after their last customer. I doubt they changed the wax either. 3 days ago, I went in for a pedicure. The woman working on my feet was in a huge hurry and actually cut the skin next to my big toe as she was roughly cutting my cuticles. As soon as I got home, I knew something was wrong because of the throbbing pain. It is obvious today that an infection has set in, so I called the salon and they asked me to come in. A woman looked it over and said it was definitely infected, but that it was an ingrown toenail. There is no way it could have become ingrown the night I had the pedicure, which was when the pain set in! It seems to me they don't want to take the blame for this. She only gave me a refund because I demanded it, and she seemed surprised I was even asking. This place is UNCLEAN and I will NEVER be back for their services!

We visited Sky High for the first time last week. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by Kenji (I think his name was). He welcomed us in a friendly manner and showed me where I could sign the release forms. As I filled out the papers, he took my kids on a tour of the area. They were soon having a blast, jumping on the many trampolines, playing dodge ball, and jumping into the foam pit. When he saw that I wasn't jumping, he suggested I get a bracelet which would allow me to jump too. I wasn't even aware that my youngest qualified me for a free bracelet. Soon I was jumping too and having a great time! During our visit, Kenji made sure we were having a good time, offering to open up additional jump areas if the older kids were too rowdy for my youngest, and that the kids had plenty of water to stay hydrated. When it was time to go, my kids did not want to leave and were soon asking when we could come back. We had a great day and Kenji helped make it an awesome experience for us. Thank you!

We have taken our Lincoln to Lejeune Lincoln for service only. We have always been very happy with the service provided. While waiting for our vehicle, Bob Peele struck up a conversation with me and I was delighted to have met such an amazing man. Truly, I have not had such awesome service elsewhere.

Recently I was searching for a house to rent in the Sacramento area. I currently live in San Diego. When I found a house that seemed perfect, I called M & M property management, the company listed as the contact for the rental. I was quickly told by Renee that the house had an application pending, and was therefor off the market. I asked her to call me if the application fell through. About a week later, she called to say that the application did, indeed, fall through and that she would be showing the property the upcoming Saturday. Being that I live in San Diego, it was not possible for me to make the 8 hour drive with 5 kids in tow on a moment's notice to view the property. However, I agreed to drive up the day after the showing, on Sunday. Upon my arrival in Sacramento, I contacted Renee to let her know I was there and ready to meet with her. She stated that someone had handed her an application the day before and that it was "first come, first served" but she would still allow me to see the property in case this application also fell through. After viewing the property and finding that I loved it, I submitted an application and all necessary paperwork. I also asked her to consider that I was interested in this property well before the new applicant was able to view it and submit an app. She was adamant that she was not going to budge on the "first come, first served" issue. During our interaction and phone conversations, her attitude was cold, unfriendly, and insensitive to my personal situation. Needless to say, she called me within a couple days to let me know that the previous applicant did indeed secure the rental. She never allowed multiple applications for the HOMEOWNER to decide who should rent his property. Very bad business and I would never recommend this company to anybody. On a bright note, the perfect home was waiting for us all along and I couldn't be happier to have secured it through the homeowner! :)
