Reverse Mortgages - unless you are in dire straights, don't do it. Many seniors have no idea about huge interest rates that will be applied monthly to their loan balance. You are then handed off to a sub company (Celink) that you will be dealing with once your loan is completed. Should you pass away while having a reverse mortgage your heirs are in for a nightmare that starts within 2 weeks of your death.
