I came in Saturday night, w my family. We had seafood gumbo, jambalaya, catfish st something(?) and creole combo- kevin suggested we switch out the red beans for "etouffee'... (YUM!) & some apps. He was SOOO busy, we seriously got worried bc usually u end up w partial service... we even discussed going to another place bc we were so tired & starving (didn't want to wait an hour+ for food) BUT- this guy did not fail to WOW us- he got us fed like he wasn't busy as hell.. food was GREAT, but Kevin was even better bc he had my sister almost choking over her food, laughing! We'll be back- but BUT- we will call ahead, to make sure he is working because we want to see him again!!
