Went there for a simple iPad Pro charger. I'm new to apple and was a little skeptical about what the sales man had recommended. I had a funny feeling, really wish I went with my gut feeling because sure enough it was the wrong charger. He assured me that all iPad pros use the lightning charger. We are not avid gamers but looking to get a little taste. Employees bottom line we're not helpful my sister and I were an absolute blast we even sand backstreet boys with them and still we got nasty responses. However we went to the counter and asked for two separate Nintendo switch councils, that's one they both jumped up and looked alive. I even asked them how do you guys know about upcoming games in the game or world and they gave me with the answers like I've been watching since I was five so I know things. OK well help me out?! I really wanted to fall in love with this place; however. When I booked the reservation, I was told about a skyline Mountain View room, I was immediately sold and booked ASAP! It wasn't until entering the room my only view was a sleazy strip club and buildings. When I booked I also said I was celebrating a birthday & would like the room to have some extra jazz. When we checked in I asked again about the "birthday jazz" and she assured me it was taken care of. Walking into the room there was ABSOLUTELY no jazz...bummer. Also the shower pressure is terrible, there is no mini fridge so, don't bring snacks & the speaker in the room does not connect to Bluetooth. We will be checking out tomorrow.
