The quality of the food is really poor in comparison to the prices. I've been twice... the first time I went because I wanted to try out their happy hour. The food was "discounted" and the portions were also discounted. You don't save money at all, you just get less food. The second time I went I paid $40 for gyoza and a single glass of sangria. Huge ripoff. This location is gorgeous and has potential. They need to reel in the prices to match with the quality off the food

I have so many regrets not researching this company ahead of time. I placed my order then received a message hours later that the flowers I ordered were not in stock AND that there was no driver willing to drive to the address listed without a surcharge. They asked me for an additional $55 for a different set of flowers to be delivered. I needed yellow roses and they were trying to send out pink and red flowers. I got back to them asap to let them know that I wanted to cancel the whole order. No response. After being transferred endlessly I finally reached someone who made me fight tooth and nail to cancel the order. I was very clear in my intent to cancel but she kept asking for $55 to send out the new flowers and for the phone number of the recipient. Finally after a last ditch attempt and a measly offer of a $5 credit I denied for the last time and she agreed to refund.
I ordered yellow roses, you didn't have them.. fine
But refund should be immediate!! Such a nightmare
Had a great experience with Grand Nails today! They were able to finish my dip manicure with French and finish my pedicure in only an hour total
This gym has always been a great staple for moon valley. It's very large and I love how they have all the different areas separated. There's private racquet/tennis rooms, a basketball court, smoothie/protein station, kids area, and even a second floor cardio area which is nice and private without being claustrophobic.
I don't have a child but if I did then I'd feel pretty good about bringing them here. The play area looked great and the girl watching the kids was very interactive.
I signed up for the 3 day trial and I am pretty put off by a member of their "sales staff." The girl at check in was super sweet and went to ask if they could activate my trial. The guy working tonight literally gave her a flat no across the room and said he was busy.... Like okay? How welcoming. I also don't appreciate the condescending tone towards a young girl working the counter. Definitely felt like an inconvenience
I got dip polish which turned out pretty well, decently priced. The pedicure, however, was terrible. My toenails were so harshly filed that my nail bed was throbbing underneath and super sensitive. She also said it was going to be $12 just to add a callus removal... I've head of $3-$5 but twelve is crazy. Adding a photo of my "pedicure" just for reference. I'm pretty sure my toes looked better before I went in
