Really good food at reasonable prices. Service people are great. The view is outstanding.

I was in the market for solar heating but the cost was prohibitive and my roof will need to be replaced in about 10 years. As I wished to conserve energy, my attention turned to roof insulation as my upstairs Chicago bungalow is an oven in the summer and freezer in the winter. Luis N. from Reynoso Insulation came to do an assessment. We discovered that I had virtually no insulation. He gave me options and his team came by to do an open cell spray foam job. I later noticed that some spots weren't well covered. I appreciated how Luis took full responsibility and had another team come by the next day to complete the job to our satisfaction. A complete and professional job. I'm very satisfied with Reynoso's work and especially with their responsive customer service values. I do recommend them highly.

I was told this Walgreens on 8528 S. Cottage Grove Ave had the medication I was looking for. After calling I was informed, not asked, that I would be put on hold. After the first wait, I was again informed I would be put on hold. After that I was simply placed on hold without comment seven times. I don't understand how Walgreens allows such unprofessional treatment of its customers. Unacceptable, unprofessional.

Horace, the Fix-It Guy technician was a true professional and a very likable human being. He worked to help me discern my problem which ultimately, turned out to due to my own confusion about an open gas valve. I liked the manner in which she resolve my problem and completed the work quickly. I'll be calling them again in the future.
