Be careful dealing with this company. Bad customer service and if you shut down the business with them most likely you won't get your advanced charge that they took back. We have been with them for several years and unfortunately we had to shut the business. We called Ring Central to cancel the service. It took them 2 days to confirm cancelation and for us lots of energy and time just to confirm the service is canceled. As it wasn't at the first time.
We have promised the full monthly refund as they just charged us and we didn't use them but it's been nearly 10 days and we don't see any refund. We called 5,4 and 3 days ago just to be on hold for 1hr and then we tried another call only to get somebody in India to tell us that our refund is pending approval our account manager in Philippine! Unbelievable. STAY AWAY!
