Jeff and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our Solar panels. We had 88 panels to be cleaned, they completed in less than 4 hours. Panels were so clean when they got finished. Jeff showed me before and after pics, just amazing. Jeff and his team are friendly, professional and extremely hard workers. We immediately saw a huge increase in output from the panels. Looking forward to seeing them in 6 month. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend this company.

We have used Carol @Stones K-9 since 2008... No other Kennel will ever compare to Stones..Carol and all her Staff are wonderful.

...Finding Carol @ K9 Stones has been the best find in our life....we can go away with complete piece of mind, it is like home from home for them......when we tell our dogs (2 Rotties...but one passed away few months ago from Cancer)... they are going to see Carol...They get so excited...straight to the truck.....when we get to K9 Stones....They are out of the truck and right in the door to see Carol.....When we pick them up again they look great, no weight loss, no crying.....Just look like we never left them....

You will never find anywhere like K9 Stones......They are amazing...It feels like they are your own family, plus they are so ACCOMMODATING with time, giving medication, special needs, feeding...One of our dogs was on Chemo...when I asked Carol was she ok with Giving him his Chemo medication (have to wear gloves when handling the pill)....she automatically replied "Of course no problem"....(other Kennels would NOT give Chemo...it was only one pill 2 times a day)

.....Also when you walk into the K-9 Stones kennels you will be shocked to find how CLEAN IT IS & SMELLS SO GOOD....they keep their facility spotless, in the winter it is so cozy and warm and then in the Summer they have it really cool....I really cannot say enough about K-9 Stones...They have a large sleeping area for each dog & your dog can go outside to his/her own dog run.....best set-up I have ever seen.

We had tried a lot of places when we moved back to the city Our Family moved back to San Francisco in 2010, but we returned back to Antioch in 2013....

....Our biggest problem when we moved to San Francisco was finding Boarding for our 2 Rotties .... the boarding Kennels had no experience with handling large breed dogs.. kennels were really dirty, smell was terrible..too many dogs and not enough staff to look after them. In the few years in the City we tried 6 different Kennels....All were Terrible, one Boarding kennel did not even know we came back and got both our dogs...another had staff that asked us to go get our own dogs out of the kennels as she was scared of dogs...It was really an nightmare.



I only Wish I could give K-9 Stones 10 stars as 5 is not enough.....their service is 100%.

Please do not ever hesitate to use Carol @ K9 Stones...you will never find a facility as good as K-9 Stones

:...We had the great pleasure of working with Fiorella....she was our loan officer when we purchased our home last June 2012....our situation was not a easy one....unfortunatley we had a foreclosure history, we approached our own bank Wells Fargo.....of course they made us promise after promise, told us all would be ok...but they never followed through, we went to 2 other banks ...same thing, told us no problem...same as Wells Fargo never came through.....we found Fiorella through our Realtor (Soraya Golesorkhi @Coldwell Bankers, Orinda...who also was fantastic...100 stars)
Fiorella told us the same thing as the other banks..No problem....only difference Fiorella actually meant what she was saying....she worked with us everyday and late into the night and on weekends....the difference between working with Fiorella and working with your bank (who we had been with for 20years)....Fiorella does not make this just her job.....she makes it personal....in all my lifetime I have never experienced anyone like her, she goes above and beyond, is with you every step of the way, will make calls direct to the Underwriters...I guess the best way to describe her...She will not take NO for a answer......through our loan process we came across road blocks one after the other......but she kept on going, anyone else would have given up...to be honest my husband and I gave up several times.....once we would get over one thing, another would come up....but Fiorella kept on fighting for us.....the Underwriter on our loan was based on the East Coast....so we faced the time difference....Fiorella was making calls on our behalf at 5am...I can guarantee...you will never find anyone else that would give this kind of service...this is what I mean about her making it personal...I would have no problem recommending Fiorella to anyone.....she made our Dream House come true....we will be forever grateful to her ..she will remain in our hearts always.....
Do yourself a big favor...stay away from the Banks...they will only treat you like a machine....Fiorella will treat you like a member of her Family.

Rudy and his team installed both our Flat-screen TV's.....One 55" TV had to be installed over Rock Fireplace....We had called around several other installers, however due to how difficult it would be to place the TV on the Rock, no other installer was able to take the work on......Found Rudy on Yelp, called him explained the Rock problem.....Rudy had me email him a few photos, and said NO problem, he can can do it...came out few days later (Saturday July 14th, 2012).....
In our other room, he had a very difficult task of running the wires through the concrete...but that did not stop him,they figured it all out...patched the wall....would not even know when he was finished that there was holes....great job on patching everything up......
Rudy did a amazing, fantastic job......Not a wire to be seen....cleaned up everything, very clean and neat.......We are more than satisfied & content with his work ....highly recommend ...His professionalism was over the top...best team of guys....for sure in the future if we have any further equipment to install we will be calling Rudy and his team......if it was possible I would give him 100 red star's...100% .
