We had termite issues and wood rot on the edges of our fascia boards. It was time to address the issues and have our house painted. After seeing how my friend's house was painted recently. Called the owner, Simon and left a message, he promptly called back within the hour. He was able to come out in the afternoon to provide us a quote, he arrived on the time as promised. He was thorough and guided me through their painting process and the paint they generally use.

On the day of painting, Santos and his wingman arrived on time. Power washed the entire exterior. Scrapped flaky and peeling paint. Removed tons of old nails and hooks that were left on our overhangs and soffit by the previous owners. Holes patched, sanded uneven areas, and filled cracks on our stucco walls. Simon also dropped by to make sure Santos and I were on the same page. We had further questions and small requests for minor adjustments, Simon and Santos took care of it without hesitation.
