Excellent authentic Mexican food. Not Texmex. Great drinks at fair price. Quick service. Will be back to try more dishes and drinks.

Recently used RMK when my keys got lost. They arrived promptly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They will be my wrecker of choice from now on.

Had a birthday dinner for my wife on December 30th. Party of seven. It was wasn't busy at all. Service started out good. Had drinks delivered promptly. Same for appetizers. Ordered entrees. This is where it kind of fell apart. The waiter seemed to be enamored with a couple adjacent to us. Mind you the restaurant was less than a third full. Tea and water refills slowed way down. Waited a full hour for our entrees. Was informed 45 minutes in that we were waiting on the pork chop that unbeknownst to us takes longer to prepare. This should have been told to us sooner. Once entrees we're finally served, I felt the quality of the steak was below what I would expect for a restaurant of this quality.

In summary: waiter was preoccupied with another couple and spent too much time socializing. Food was ok. Not great.

I hope that some of the issues on the wait time was due to supply chain issues and not a drop in overall quality that will continue.

This is how it's done. Their computers were down today so they were giving everyone free car washes. That's customer service. I will never get a car washed anywhere else. You earned a customer for life.
