I'm gonna keep it short and sweet. Jeff (the owner) owns the best spot in Due West or even up to 30 minutes away. The Double smokehouse BBQ burger with loaded bacon ranch fried is the best thing to get!

I went to try the brand new zensation sandwich my brother was raving about last week. I usually ask for fresh or extra toasted bread because I like mine a bit crispy. When I get my food it was good but my chicken/bread wasn't even room temperature. The bread was more cold then anything. The fries were a bit bland but were decent and my egg roll was pretty good. I understand that COVID could affect this but it was a sub par visit.

I ordered online at 2:45pm and I was told it would be ready by 3:09 pm. I get there a 3:15pm and they told me that the order wasn't at the location but I show them my confirmation number and continue to tell me it's not in the register and that I'm wrong. They tell me it went to another KFC so I drive across town to that one and they told me that the statement they made is incorrect and that i need to go back to this KFC. I go back and show them again and they make me wait another 45 minutes to an hour to place my order. They told me I'd get a refund and my food but I didn't get my refund and I got my food messed up. I go back in and the only nice on (the cashier) made my food correctly. I waited TWO HOURS for 6 wings, 2 little sandwiches, 2 drinks and a box of food. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC!

I went last night for my friends birthday dinner and it was a blast! We sat down at the hibachi grill room and our chef was absolutely entertaining and the sauke shots definitely were worth it (21+). Teriyaki chicken with the cowboy roll is definitely the go to every time I go here. Definitely bring your kids and family!
