Mar 26, 2020Stu was great, even during these times of sheltering in place with nothing to do, Stu came to the rescue, new felt, bumpers, and TLC.
My family and friends will have plenty of years of enjoyment with this table.

May 29, 2019Enjoyed this place, great food, reasonably priced, all you can eat. Atmosphere was good, not too loud, you cook you food over propane.

Solid, executed loan in a timely manner in December. Got the deal done. His son learned so much from him, professionally and with that human touch.

Feb 13, 2019Enjoyed the Purple King Palm IPA and my lady enjoyed the Queen Palm Ale. Also enjoyed the Majestic Palm Ale. Looking forward to new creations.
Establishment is well lighted. Lots of TVs for viewing sports.
Food next door, why go to Folsom, when you can stay local in Orangevale/Fair Oaks?

Dec 8, 2018They got my pest inspection done in a timely manner so I could close and get my loan funded. I chose to use my contractor to do the work and inspector failed property. Selling agent and contractor are going to fixed issues to pass inspection.
I had a fixed budget so chose to go for a lower bid, and I now got hit with three inspection fees instead of two.
I wish everyone was on the same page, even if the work is done by someone other than their crew... be clear in reports and offer a number to call if a contractor doesn't understand what your talking about.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I'm sorry for the mixed experience with Twin. We try hard to have clear and readable reports, but in case of questions, we list the inspector's number on the front of the report. You can also reach the inspector through our main number. I know you ordered extra inspections already, but if there's anything from our report you still need clarification on, please feel free to reach out. Congratulations on your purchase!
