Trying to hide behind Covid19 for poor customer service. If your main business model is online that automatically keeps distance from everyone. Just another business that is trying to cut service out of the equation and using this as an excuse. I would suggest if you don't want to work don't. They have no problem taking the money for an order 24/7 but if there is a problem no one is available due to Covid19. If i can ever get anyone to contact me I will be asking for a full refund and we not order from them again.
