I think that If you want unlimited internet and you can't get Comcast for some reason, Hotwire is the next best thing! Although their speeds max out at 15Mbps, i haven't had any issues with my connection. With speeds from 1-15Mbps you can upgrade at anytime.

The only hiccup i've had with Hotwire happened like this: I upgraded from 5Mbps to 15Mbps and was charged accordingly. I went online to pay my bill and my bill was twice what it should've been. I used the online chat feature to contact customer service. I was connected with Renee Wigfall. She informed me that I had missed a monthly payment. It was Renee who noticed that my speed had NOT been increased to 15Mbps as requested while still being charged for the increased speed. Renee Wigfall immediately corrected the problem by crediting my account and increasing my speed, bringing my account back into good standing. Renee answered a few technical questions I had as well.

Renee was informative, friendly, and expeditious in handling my issue. My dealings with this company since my account has begun has been nothing but excellent! They do what you'd want in a service provider. 1. This service works as they say it does. 2. If there's a problem they fix it immediately.

ps... Hotwire's service charge to physically come out to your location and fix an issue is like $85 no matter what the problem is. So i'd recommend you get the insurance. Its only like 7 or 8 dollars, you probably wont need it, but the service charge is more than the monthly bill tax included. $85 each time or $5-$10 per month just in case.
