The worst! This place use to be good even chicken express is better than this and that's sad. I will never return!! Terrible service, rude, egregious and now the quality of the food has gone all the way down here. The fish was dry the breading they use is so thick and gross now I don't know what they are doing to the fish. Don't waste your time here they don't care everything we ordered was straight trash.
This place use to be good. The managers use to care about the quality and efficiency of this location. It's odd how I could order and pick up at the location inside order is correct. When I order curbside pickup outside it's always missing something. Tonight was the last straw for me. We spent over $65 for our Easter dinner only to discover missing items. I'm absolutely done after talking to the manager he had the audacity to remind me I could come back up there to pick up but I live over 20 mins away. The best he was willing to do was send out a $5 gift card. I told him don't bother. Spring creek lost my business for good today. There are much better places that ensure efficiency and provide better customer service. It's a shame this use to be a good place to go to. Plus the quality of the food use to be better. I'm just saying.

They always find something to leave out of my Togo order but never forget to leave it off the ticket! They really need to get it together! Second time in a row they have messed up my order!! Even McDonald's does a better job at getting an order correct and double checking the bag before it is given to a customer! Smh
Cold food, no bag to hold food in just cold and not fresh no more pizza hut for me paid $34 for cold food
Got there before closing time saw chicken in the window. Got to the drive thru was purposely Ignored. Drove around to the window was lied to my face by staff. They lied and said they sold out when I saw the chicken in the window. Don't eat here! Terrible customer service. If you close at 11pm you're suppose to be available to serve until the last customer leaves.
Stay far away from this place! My regular place was closed so I went here so i came here since they were the only place still open yesterday. I advised the young lady working upfront that I only want the basic oil for an oil change. She quoted me double what I normally pay but I agreed to that. I waited forever and finally the mechanic gets to me and said they will not do a basic on my car. Even though that's all I ever do at my regular place and they had plenty of time to let me know that was never their intentions. I told him I only came for basic and will not be upcharged for more than I was quoted. He told me they already drained the oil out of my car I said that's fine. I step out to make a call come back now they have told me they put premium oil in my car. Mind you I told them no about a hundred times. They refused to give me my keys and were trying to force me to pay triple what I normally pay for oil changes. I called the cops myself. Had my daughter with me she was hot and tired. I told the manager that I would pay and just dispute the charges later. Once the manager found out that I had also called the cops he knew that they would have made them give me my keys and he wouldn't have gotten any money so he decided to honor the original price. However, holding me up for over an hour in the sweltering heat with a toddler is not doing me any favors! Avoid this place like the plague. I will never step foot back in this place! Ever! You have been warned!!
