Chris Kirkland has been our insurance guy for over 12 years. He is absolutely the best medical insurance broker we have ever had. From just the smallest things to major changes in insurance he can handle it all. He is always friendly and energetic. Always a pleasure to speak with and gets the job done. Anytime we have friends or family asking about insurance or how to obtain insurance we refer them to Chris. If your looking for insurance and have had a bad experience your best bet is to contact Chris at Kirkland insurance he will make your job easy.
Very upset with Jeromes Furniture and their customer service. We purchased a sofa sleeper in May of this year (2016) had the oops protection added so it covers more than the warranty. The protection is misleading. I contacted Jeromes back in October several times because I have an issue with our matress mind you even paid additional for an upgraded matress. Now to find out we needed additional matress coverage that was never offered to us. They stated if we wanted to add the oops protection that it covered everything and they showed us the brochure. And it states in the brochure it covers the issue we are having.So we thought the oops protection covered it all as it says. Per Jeromes it only covers the furniture (the couch) and the mechanisms. Now tell me why would I purchase just the additional furniture protection and not the matress protection if I'm buying a Sofa SLEEPER which has a matress that comes with it just like the pillows and cushions that supposedly are covered but not 100% sure since that isn't our issue. That makes no sense to buy one protection and not the other. The complete sofa sleeper is one piece of furniture. Make sure you get clarification of what you are purchasing from Jeromes especially if it includes a matress because per them the matress protection isn't included. But supposedly they offer it all the time at the time of sale per manager Francisco at Marina Blvd location in San Diego because they can make more money. It's a shame that a company that claims they are all about the people and customer service like their commercials that the manager had no concern to try and fix/help with our issue but rather say it's not their problem. Oh and when you contact Jeromes by phone and they tell you a manager will call back they never did
And supposedly there is no corporate off all issues are handled at store locations or customer service line.

My son had an appointment today for some fillings. The staff always greets us with a smile from the minute we walk in to the time we leave. Karina did my son's fillings and made him feel so comfortable. The lady who checked us in at the reception area can't remember her name greeted us with a smile from the time I checked him in till the time we walked out. Live the Eastlake Super Dentist staff.
Dr. Loa , Isabel and Melo-D where so great today. Melo-D kept an eye on my other son while me and the little one went to get his teeth worked on. Our appt went so easy. Didn't have to do as much work as we initially thought. We love Eastlake Super Dentist office.
This place is not worth buying shoes from. I bought a pair of nice wedge shoes from them spent $30 and wore them for Easter for a few hours and they shoes starting falling apart at the seem where the hill is. Had to take them off and walk barefoot the rest of the day. I tried to go and exchange them and they told me that I couldn't because they where worn. Like I ran a marathon in them or something so it's my fault they sale poor quality shoes. Don't recommend anyone buying shoes from there even if they are cute and cheap. I'd rather go to the $5 store where shoes are cheaper and seem to last longer. What just because they are in the mall the shoe quality is better. That's a joke. I've bought shoes from Kmart for cheaper and have had them for years. Don't spend money on shoes here unless you have it to throw away because once you put them on your feet and walk two steps you've worn them. LOL!!
