Jamboree owns Emerald cove Senior community in Huntington Beach CA! They allow FPI Mgmt. to "manage " property and deal with senior property!! First of all Mgmt is the rudest unfriendly staff I have ever had the unpleasant experience to deal with. Colleen is mgr, Donna is Assistant and then you have incompetent maintenance that are so lazy, Mario assistant maintenance lives on property and so does Donna, and when any emergency issues involving the property they won't answer emergency number and do not want to deal with anyone on the property. When you have two worthless employees living on site they basically are out of "SITE" So very sad for residents they all communicate with one another and dislike that Jamboree allows FPI Mgmt to continue to run amuck in the office ! Wake up Jamboree investigate talk to your residents......I am a former resident and I am ecstatic that I moved out I hated living in that community simply because incompetent management. I currently am in property management and I do temp work on many many properties and when I discuss how FPI manages all responses are " That's FPI for you" FPI reputation is not very good. I could name so many incidents that involved incompetent management, but I want Jamboree to do their responsibility to investigate!' And interview all the seniors on that property and you will find out many many terrible incidents involving
lack of professionalism.
