I don't like to leave negative reviews but I was shocked to see an employee using the salad bar after me - picking up all of the salad bar items with his hands. He had gloves on but so what as I watched him touch all the surfaces in the restaurant before touching all of the food. Sure enough I wake up this morning with a sore throat. Sad that you can't trust this place to use clean practices with your food.

We had a little bit of a complicated move but they were great through it all. Good communication and helpful. The move went smoothly. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel could be really nice and really comfortable except for one thing. The cleaning service! The bed sheets are so nice and crisp but when you pull back the covers and see a black curly hair -- yuck! There was hair in the bathroom and crumbs all over the stairs leading up to the bedroom. Sad that something like this had to ruin it for us. We visit Scottsdale every couple of months since our daughter goes to college at GCU.
