May 2, 2012First to ReviewU-Haul (the overall company) messed up my reservation and didn't really want to make things right but we called all over the place looking for a location that was close and that can accomodate my family and me and we came across this one (3704 W Warren in Detroit). Beverly was real nice and helpful and after a trying experience, made us feel better. She was a real nice lady. I would come to this location again.

May 2, 2012I had an awesome time...my instructor Victor was GREAT.
It was a little bit of a wait once I signed in and went upstairs but all was forgotten once we got started. I would love to do it again and maybe next time I won't be so scared. And I hope that Victor would be my instructor again. He made us feel comfortable, secure, and gave us lots of laughs along the way.
