I stayed at Tropicana from 12/22/23 to 12/23/23 and let me say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel . First we get there and there a long line with only two people at the front desk we wait 40 minutes for our room key then when we get to the front desk they didn't even have the room that we booked way ahead of time . I was told that I had to pay $50 up front then another $50 at the desk when I get to the desk it went from $50 to $185.00 which they tell you" you'll get it back at check out which wasn't turn I had to wait 3 days to get my money back . When we got to the room that we didn't book was nasty and falling apart I would definitely recommend going to a different hotel . Also the light for the shower didn't work and they have an old as tv in there from the mid 2000's .I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TROPICANA

I'm happy to say I had a great experience here the customer service was excellent and the hotel offers a lot for the price . I booked it on a Sunday 11/20/23 and only paid $147 after the deposit but you get free coffee,breakfast, and much more . They also offer a gym experience with a pool & hot tub for no extra cost and only 8 minutes from Longwood gardens . I will definitely come back I would highly recommend this hotel
Tbh I can say I was really happy with this experience.It's good for price, atmosphere, customer service, and food they also have a good wine selection I will definitely recommend coming here for some great Italian food . Then the dessert I was was so good and cheap I definitely recommend the mango guava cheesecake 10 out of 10 . Happy overall keep up the great work green olive .
For two people it was around $60 bucks .
I went to this restaurant on July 14th and I had a bad experience . The food wasn't the problem it was great but the customer service was terrible the waiter took 20 minutes to come to our table for us to order then he didn't come to our table again even when we had to pay and the management didn't even come and check up on us . I'm disappointed with the customer service but the food was good . Idk if I will be coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings .
When I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on 2/26/19 I thought it was going to be a good night but it wasn't . The food was great but the service was some of the worst service I've ever seen . When I was finished paying my waitress gave me back my card and the tip I left her . She gave it all back with a attitude she was like ( oh you can keep that!). Like it was so disrespectful I will never eat at Buffalo Wild Wings ever again . I spent $73.28 and I was expecting for a great experience but by my opinion I think people should go else where. Maybe if you go somewhere else they will treat you with respect. Buffalo Wild Wings please give me a call so we can fix this problem please . I'm so disappointed in your customer service. Also to spend that much money then get disrespected by one of your employees I will never eat at your restaurant again. If you really care about your customers you will call me as soon as possible. You can even keep the cameras because I know it was on camera between 6:30pm-6:50pm . Thank you for your time and please get back to me.
Happy to say it was a okay experience coming here a little pricey tho for 2 people it was $35.00 but overall a pretty good size buffet I would come back once in a while .
